This is an app for Skuld from Aa Megami-sama/Oh My Goddess. She is taken from post canon. CWs: explosions, cartoon levels of violence, teen angst, divorce. That's probably about it. She's a pretty pure character.

The biggest warning is for spoilers, given she is from just post canon.

Your name/Who are you + your Age: Hello, I'm Chicklet. I am an adult/of legal age

Character & Canon Name: My character is Skuld from Aa! Megami-sama/Oh! My Goddess (specifically from the manga)

Character Age: Hard to know her actual age. But human equivalent of about 14 or 15. The reality is probably closer to 100, but Goddesses age differently and we never get a real answer.

Personality:

Skuld is the Goddess of the future, as such she tends towards youth and machines as her themes. She loves to build robots and interesting devices, and can't resist a well designed machine. She is also in the process of learning a lot of the hard lessons that come with being a teenager and growing up. She's still somewhat in denial over the fact that she is in love for the first time - she can't even accept she has a boyfriend! But over all, she's a good girl who tries hard to be better but still gets caught up in being the kid she refuses to admit she kind of still os.


Power Summary:
Her powers are fairly weak by Goddess standards, but still impressive by human ones. She has the base Goddess abilities of being able to reconstitute her own atoms to maintain her body and change her clothes. She can see things as code, because she is the main debugger (and is one of the many trained Sysadmins) for the computer that controls reality. This doesn't come up often but is worth noting. She also sings like, well, a Goddess. Singing is both song and programming, and often is how spells are cast. Not that she can cast many. Her teleportation is limited to water (must start and end in water) and she can't do much outside of the water element in general.

Her main ability is with building her machines. She can build machines that actually have life and they tend to be stronger versions of machines that others could build. They're not flawless, but she gets better with every build. We find out late in the series that this is how most of her power manifests, in her hands as she builds - without spells.

Unless I am told otherwise she arrives with three.... companions? Not sure how you would call them, but putting them with her powers.
Nobel Scarlet - Scarlet is her Angel, part of her soul. She just recently gained enough power to host her. Scarlet is small and can't do much yet. She lives in Skuld's back.
Banpei - Banpei is a robot she keeps rebuilding, every time she builds him he gets better. Weirdly he always eventually not only develops an emotions circuit even if she didn't give him one, but also seems to always develop the same way and seems to have very similar memories and personality. If she can't bring him, she will rebuild him. She can't help herself, Banpei is practically part of her, always with her. Banpei almost never speaks, and is somewhat limited, but he is modular and easy to upgrade. Not only can she upgrade him or fit him with extra temporary abilities, but he's done it to himself.
And Sigil. Sigil was a "welcome robot" that Skuld rebuilt and gave a personality to. She will probably not remake her if she can't arrive with her, no matter how much Banpei begs. Sigil looks human, up until the moment she rocket punches someone. She looks like a young girl, and is sweet and helpful to everyone but Banpei. Banpei loves her, she can love... she just doesn't love him.
